I have always loved hexagon quilts but I am not a hand quilter and most hexagon quilts are made by hand stitching the pieces together (unless you want to do set-in seams and that’s a whole other ball of wax!).  I was so excited when this half hexagon template appeared on the shelves because it meant that I could finally make a quilt the easy way!  I just love how this turned out with randomly placed solids amongst the gorgeous French General classic prints.  I hope you enjoy making this quilt as much as I did – it’s definitely an eye-catcher!
