We recently relocated to a new home in Indiana. The landscaping here is lovely. It’s always fun to see what blooms in the yard that first spring. We have several different types of hydrangeas that bloom at various times during the summer. It seems, according to a quick internet search, that there are 5 main types of hydrangeas, one with several subcategories. I love all of them! But mostly, I love the fabrics in this hydrangea quilt. The soft brown, the movement of the blue, the mottled white – they all make me think of the water and soil these plants need to grow and bloom. Now it is time for me to water my hydrangeas, and it is time for you to make this beautiful quilt!
