I began vending at quilt shows in 2022.  My first show I did – oh my!  It was a complete disaster and I wondered whether I’d ever do another one.  A year later, I have more than a half dozen under my belt and have learned the “nuts and bolts” of these shows.  One of my favorite parts is meeting the other vendors.  At a show in Michigan, I met Tracey and her husband.  They are salt-of-the-earth GOOD PEOPLE.  Tracey designs her own BEAUTIFUL fabrics and gave me a bunch with the hopes I’d make something for her small business.  I couldn’t wait to get started!  Acts of Kindness is the result.  This quilt not only highlights her unique, bright and happy designs but it also highlights her sweet, benevolent and generous character because she took a chance on me – trusting me that I would follow through with my word of making something for her business.  Take a chance on someone you meet through your own Acts of Kindness.  It just might pay off for both of you!
